Soyot’s case taken to the UN

 

Following the delivery on the 22nd August  to the OHCHR Regional Office for South-East Asia of a letter on behalf of the Workers’ Organisation of Democracy regarding  the case of Mr. Somyot  Pruksakasemsuk, his case has been sent to the special  rapp0rteur on the promotion  and protection  of the right to freedom  of opinion  and expression.  Further  information on the mandate  of the special  rapporteur  can be found  at: http://www.ohchr.org/EN/Issues/FreedomOpinion/Pages/Opinionlndex.aspx.
