Korean protest continues

On 18 July, one officer of Korean Health & Medical Workers Union (KHMU) and one officer of Korean Chemical & Textile Workers Federation (KCTF) did “one-person picketing” in front of Thai Embassy.

The KHMU president, sister Na Soonja, on behalf of 40,000 members, sent the appeal letter to the Thai embassy and the Thai government and related agencies. The KCTF president, brother Lee sangjin, on behalf of 15,000 members, sent the letter, too.

Today (on 19 July), two activists of the Democratic Labour Party (DLP) will do the picketing.

Also, in 20 and 21 July, the activists of Korean House of International Solidarity (KHIS) will do the picketing.

The KHIS is preparing for holding a press conference on 22 July in Seoul, which will be the last activity of Korean friends by 24 July
